Your Stremio companion that traces every adaptation to its origin — remakes, reboots, spin-offs, and original sources across novels, comics, games, manga, true stories, and more. Each card links to its verified origin story on basedon.media and maps related titles into collections and cinematic universes.
New: Discovery catalogs — an "Explore by Origin" catalog that groups the seven source categories, each opening its top-50 list of sources and derivatives, plus optional flat catalogs per category (books, comics, manga, games, true stories, theater, and screen adaptations) for movies, series, or both — all chosen on the configure page with a live preview.
The database grows richer the more users explore with the addon. The companion platform at basedon.media is the official site — built by the same developer specifically for this addon. Always open to ideas and feedback via the contact page.
