📅 Binge Brakes — A Simple Guide

What is this? A tool that stops you from binge-watching a show all at once. You pick a series, and it only lets you see one new episode per day (or however many you choose).

The Basic Idea

Think of it like a librarian who hands you one book at a time instead of the whole series. You tell Binge Brakes which shows to "guard," and it hides future episodes until the next day rolls around.

• Your other apps (the ones that actually play the video) still work exactly the same.
• Binge Brakes doesn't play anything itself — it just shortens the episode list so tomorrow's episode isn't visible yet.

Setting It Up (3 Steps)

Step 1: Open the setup page

Go to the setup page link you were given (it will look like .../configure). You'll see a simple page where you can search for shows.

Step 2: Add your shows

• Type a show's name (like "Seinfeld") and click Search.
• Click the show you want from the results.
• Next to each show, you can set how many episodes unlock per day. The default is 1.

Then click Generate Install Link. This gives you a special link — copy it, or click Open in Stremio to add it directly.

Step 3: Move this add on to top of your Addons list

Editing Your Shows Later

Go back to the same setup page link (it stays the same). You can:

• Add or remove shows
• Change how many episodes unlock per day
• Adjust your timezone

Your saved progress and your install link both stay exactly the same — no need to reinstall anything in Stremio after making changes.
