Access your Premiumize library within Stremio!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE LIMITATIONS:

• On most clients you can only visit the root directory and one level deep.
• If you are using Stremio web or Stremio desktop, you can use the LINKS feature to navigate throughout your library

Please understand it's a very rudimentary implementation, I have a version 2 planned out however! :)
